All staff have a personal responsibility for the health and safety of themselves, their  colleagues, pupils and visitors. Our pupils are especially vulnerable and staff need  to be constantly alert for possible sources of danger. It is also the duty of every  member of staff to report any unsafe conditions to the Head of Operations  immediately. 

Each member of staff has a responsibility for drawing the Headmasters attention to  their own personal needs for training and for not undertaking duties unless they are confident that they have the necessary competence. All staff have some health and  safety responsibility and will be expected to have knowledge on what to do if an  accident or incident occurs, and be aware of the fire, lockdown and first aid  procedures.
