We are committed to developing the skills and expertise of all staff at Barfield.  Professional Development increases staff knowledge about specific subjects. It allows time for staff to share ideas with colleagues from different departments. The knowledge gained from professional development allows staff to keep pace with  trends and philosophies, which assists both teaching and learning.
